Elbl¹g Canal ( Polish : Kana³ Elbl¹ski , German : Oberländischer Kanal ) is a canal in Poland , in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , 80.5 km in length, which runs southward from Lake Dru¿no (connected by the river Elbl¹g to the Vistula Lagoon ), to the river Drwêca and lake Jeziorak . It can accommodate small vessels up to 50 tons displacement. The difference in water levels approaches 100 m, and is overcome using locks and a remarkable system of tracks between lakes.

Today it is used mainly for recreational purposes. It is considered one of the most significant monuments related to the history of technology.

Half-price tickets: Children and teenagers under 18 years old.

Route Elblag-Buczyniec is recommended for groups or individuals with their own transport due to lack of transport to the place (or possibility of taking a taxi - cost: about 120-140PLN). From Maldyty there is possibility of return to Elblag by train (at about 15:46 from Maldyty). If you have to leave your car in Elblag, on Camping No61 there is an attended car park (cost: 12PLN per day) - camping is situated about 500meters from the port.
